Residents get to the municipality's offering directly from a phone, with a clear overview and a confirmation, and without an errand.

Interbook Passageintegrationer is one of Pinea's own packages, which is the part worth noticing here: access is a product line in their catalogue, not a one-off piece of custom work for a single municipality. Bitwards Mobile Access is one of the systems it connects to, so a resident who has booked a hall gets in with their phone, for the hours booked, without anybody handing anything over.

Secure login with Swedish e-identification is available as an option, so the person who booked is demonstrably the person at the door.
